1. Memberships

   Membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted to digital resources, community platforms or member benefits.

2. Courses & Trainings

   Course and training registrations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.

3. Webinars

   Webinar registrations are non-refundable. In case of rescheduling by LYFCHANGERS, participants may be offered an alternative session or equivalent access.

4. Consultancy & Private Sessions

   Fees paid for consultations, mentoring sessions or private services are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

   Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of LYFCHANGERS.
