The coach will start by conducting an assessment of the current state of the client's physical and psychological condition, including strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This step helps to identify the areas that need the most attention and to establish realistic and achievable health goals.

Once the coach has a clear understanding of the client's physical & mental health, they will work with the client to develop a customized plan to address the identified challenges. Implement The Plan And Provide Support

The coach will work closely with the client to implement the plan and provide ongoing support and guidance.
